Hoverson Online LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates AutomatedPT.com, part of the AutomatedPT family of websites. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote, contact us, open an account or place an order, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, country, billing and shipping address, part or model numbers, messages, and any images you upload. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

Phone calls and chat. If you call or chat with us, including from a phone number shown in one of our ads, we receive your phone number and the date, time and duration of the call, along with anything you tell us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages and products viewed, the site that referred you, and how you interact with the site. If you arrive by clicking one of our ads, we also record the ad click identifier and campaign information and may link them to a quote request or order you submit, so we can measure which ads produce results.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to quote requests and questions, process and ship orders, provide support, prevent fraud, keep business, tax and accounting records, improve our website and product offerings, measure the performance of our advertising, and, if you choose to receive them, send you occasional marketing emails.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep track of your cart, remember your preferences, and understand how our site is used. We use:

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand site traffic and usage.
  • Google Ads conversion tracking, including enhanced conversions, to measure which ads lead to quote requests, calls and orders. With enhanced conversions, information you provide in a form, such as your email address, is converted to an unreadable (hashed) format before being sent to Google to match with ad clicks.
  • Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages, through heatmaps and session recordings of clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. Clarity is configured to mask information you type into form fields.

You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect site features such as the shopping cart.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed to run our business, with:

  • Payment processors such as PayPal and our card processor, to process payments and prevent fraud
  • Shipping carriers, and manufacturers or distributors who ship orders directly to you
  • Service providers that help us operate, including customer support and email, workflow automation, accounting, website hosting and performance, and analytics and advertising (Google and Microsoft, as described above)
  • Authorities or others when required by law, or to protect our rights, customers or business
  • A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized

Marketing emails

We primarily email you about your requests and orders. If we send promotional emails, each one includes a way to unsubscribe.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed to provide quotes, orders and support, and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption when data is sent to and from our site, and our payment processing is PCI compliant. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of the use of your information for targeted advertising, by contacting us below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We will not treat you differently for making a request. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond within the time required by law.

Children

Our site is intended for business customers and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
